With over 10,000 square meters of modern production plant, our core products include series of sheets and rods made of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and Nylon. In response to industry-specific demands, we also supply custom-machined parts such as outrigger pads, paving boards, football rebound boards, chain guides, and more. Supported by a mature service system, we offer end-to-end customized services—from initial demand to finished product delivery.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Sheet is a perfluorinated polymer material sheet polymerized from tetrafluoroethylene monomers. It is known as the "King of Plastics" for its outstanding performance. Its molecules contain stable perfluorocarbon chains, giving it extremely strong chemical inertness. It can be made into sheets of different thicknesses, which can not only meet the processing needs of precision components but also be suitable for the linings of large-scale equipment. It is especially suitable for special high-temperature and strong-corrosion working conditions such as chemical industry and aerospace.​

Extreme Environment Resistance: Stable in an ultra-wide temperature range, it can be used for a long time at -200℃ to 260℃. It does not melt or decompose at high temperatures, nor does it become brittle at low temperatures. It can also withstand instantaneous high temperatures of 300℃ for a short period.

Top-level Chemical Inertness: Resistant to almost all chemical media (including aqua regia, concentrated nitric acid, strong alkalis and various organic solvents), it has no swelling or corrosion, making it the first choice for strong-corrosion environments.

Multi-functional and Practical: It has an extremely low friction coefficient and inherent self-lubricating property, which can reduce component wear without the need for lubricants; it has excellent insulation performance, suitable for high-frequency and high-voltage electronic scenarios; at the same time, it has non-stick property and weather resistance, and will not age or discolor after long-term outdoor use.

Chemical Anti-corrosion Field: Primarily used for the linings of strong-corrosion equipment (such as inner linings of strong acid reaction kettles and lining layers of concentrated alkali conveying pipelines), and also suitable for valve seals, etc.

High-end Manufacturing Field: In the aerospace field, it is used for high-temperature gaskets of engines; in the electronic field, it is used as insulating sleeves for high-frequency connectors, insulating substrates, high-temperature-resistant substrates for circuit boards, etc.

Daily Life Field: Used for protective panels on the inner walls of microwave ovens, wear-resistant gaskets for food processing equipment, etc.

Precision Machinery Field: Suitable for sliding components of precision instruments (such as guide rails of optical instruments), bearing seals, and high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant stage panels of semiconductor equipment.
