Dezhou Meirun Wear-resistant Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and precision customization of high-performance wear-resistant products. With over 10,000 square meters of modern production plant, our core products include series of sheets and rods made of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and Nylon. In response to industry-specific demands, we also supply custom-machined parts such as outrigger pads, paving boards, football rebound boards, chain guides, and more. Supported by a mature service system, we offer end-to-end customized services—from initial demand to finished product delivery.

Polyoxymethylene (POM) Sheet has mechanical properties close to metals and high hardness, and is known as "Steel-like". With a density of approximately 1.41~1.43g/cm³, it can be processed into sheets of different specifications through processes such as injection molding and cutting. It is often used to replace metals like copper and zinc in the manufacturing of lightweight and high-precision components.

Polyoxymethylene (POM) Sheet has mechanical properties close to metals and high hardness, and is known as "Steel-like". With a density of approximately 1.41~1.43g/cm³, it can be processed into sheets of different specifications through processes such as injection molding and cutting. It is often used to replace metals like copper and zinc in the manufacturing of lightweight and high-precision components.

Mechanical Transmission Field: Besides mechanical cams and fasteners, it is also used for gears (e.g., precision instrument gears, toy gears), bearing sleeves, and transmission screw nuts, which are suitable for moving parts of equipment such as printers and textile machinery.

Automotive Industry Field: Apart from automotive fuel system components (e.g., fuel pipe joints), it is applied to instrument panel brackets and wiper transmission components. It helps reduce vehicle weight by virtue of its lightweight property and fatigue resistance.

Electronic & Electrical Field: In addition to electronic switches and connectors, it is used for precision gears in home appliances (e.g., washing machine clutch gears), adapting to high-frequency switching and precision transmission scenarios.

Daily Life & Consumer Goods Field: Beyond faucet valve cores, it is used for bathroom shelf connectors, toy joint parts, and office equipment accessories (e.g., paper shredder blade bushings), balancing durability and tactile feel.
