Dezhou Meirun Wear-resistant Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and precision customization of high-performance wear-resistant products. With over 10,000 square meters of modern production plant, our core products include series of sheets and rods made of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and Nylon. In response to industry-specific demands, we also supply custom-machined parts such as outrigger pads, paving boards, football rebound boards, chain guides, and more. Supported by a mature service system, we offer end-to-end customized services—from initial demand to finished product delivery.

MC Nylon &PA6 Rod

Nylon is categorised into cast nylon and extruded nylon (also known as PA nylon). Cast nylon rods (also termed MC nylon rods) are manufactured using caprolactam monomers as raw material through an on-site casting polymerisation process. These rods exhibit high density and a compact structure, offering superior mechanical properties and dimensional stability compared to standard extruded nylon rods. PA Nylon Rods (Polyamide Rods) are manufactured from polyamide resin (nylon) via an extrusion moulding process. These rods exhibit high strength and good toughness, making them an engineering plastic rod with excellent comprehensive properties. Common grades include PA6 and PA66.
