With over 10,000 square meters of modern production plant, our core products include series of sheets and rods made of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and Nylon. In response to industry-specific demands, we also supply custom-machined parts such as outrigger pads, paving boards, football rebound boards, chain guides, and more. Outrigger pads are specialized, molded, load-bearing components made primarily of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Designed specifically for construction machinery outriggers, they combine high-strength load-bearing capacity with ground protection functionality. These pads effectively distribute outrigger pressure, serving as critical auxiliary accessories for ensuring stability during heavy equipment operations.

Possess exceptional compressive strength, capable of withstanding hundreds of tonnes of pressure from construction machinery outriggers without significant plastic deformation under prolonged loading. Surfaces typically feature anti-slip texturing to enhance friction with both ground surfaces and outriggers, preventing equipment slippage during operation. Exhibit outstanding weather resistance, maintaining stable performance across temperatures from -40°C to 60°C. Resistant to UV radiation, rain, and sunlight exposure, they resist ageing and cracking during prolonged outdoor use. High chemical corrosion resistance protects against ground oil contamination and acid/alkali substances, whilst its non-absorbent, moisture-proof properties prevent performance degradation in damp conditions. Lighter than metal pads, it allows manual handling and installation, with good toughness that resists fracture under impact for enhanced operational safety.

Suitable for supporting the outriggers of mobile cranes and crawler excavators on construction sites; providing temporary load-bearing for tower cranes and concrete pump trucks during bridge and wind turbine construction; Protection for outriggers of heavy-duty forklifts and stackers in logistics warehouses; Support pads for aerial work platforms and roller outriggers in road repairs and municipal works; Furthermore, they serve as outrigger supports for heavy equipment in oilfield extraction and port handling operations.
